Latin pop hitmaker Jasmine Ortiz returns with her latest single, “Mi Pecado,” a passionate and emotionally layered release that continues to showcase her evolution as a songwriter, producer, and vocalist.
Blending Latin pop with Musica Urbana and contemporary R&B influences, “Mi Pecado” highlights Jasmine Ortiz’s signature ability to craft genre-fluid records that feel both personal and universal. The track leans into themes of desire, vulnerability, and emotional conflict, delivered through her refined vocal tone and instinctive melodic storytelling.
A lifelong musician, Jasmine Ortiz’s connection to music began early, with piano playing as young as three years old. That foundation has grown into a multifaceted career as she continues to write, produce, and shape her own sound. Her work reflects a deep understanding of pop structure while pushing creative boundaries through Latin and urban influences.
Now actively co-producing many of her releases, she collaborates with leading creatives from Kapital Music, including DJ Sog, Daniel Darkan, and Onyl, alongside other notable producers such as TrackDilla, CesarDaEmperor, and SwiftOnDemand, who have worked with global names including Tyga, Post Malone, Tyla Yaweh, and Cardi B.
Her songwriting catalog already reflects her versatility, with tracks like “Jaguar,” which explores youthful invincibility, and “No Quiero Na,” which captures the empowerment that comes with leaving toxic relationships behind.
A graduate of the University of Miami Frost School of Music, Jasmine Ortiz has also built a global performance footprint, including tours in Medellín with La Mega Radio Station and appearances at the Expo Del Norte Music Festival in Concepción, Paraguay. Her time in Miami further shaped her artistry, allowing her to embrace and reconnect with her Latin roots while studying songwriting, political science, and music business.
With “Mi Pecado,” Jasmine Ortiz continues to expand her sonic identity, delivering a record that reflects both emotional depth and artistic confidence, further cementing her position as one of Latin pop’s most promising modern voices.
