RLS releases new dancehall single ‘Rastaman Bop’

Amsterdam-born singer-songwriter and rapper RLS is back with his latest single, ‘Rastaman Bop’, a vibrant addition to the contemporary dancehall scene. Drawing on a rich musical upbringing in a large, musically gifted family, RLS developed his passion for performance early, combining influences from both his mother’s vocal talents and his father’s vinyl collection.

RLS first honed his craft during university as part of the group YiWuDross, an experience that inspired him to pursue a solo career. Teaming up with engineer Rents and producer Young Chencs—who has worked with the likes of Central Cee, D-Block Europe, and M Huncho—RLS has crafted a sound that blends energetic rhythms with sharp lyrical flow, making ‘Rastaman Bop’ a compelling track for both dancefloors and personal playlists.
