Following the critical praise and record‑breaking success of his debut LP, “The Odyssey”, Ghanaian artist AratheJay leveraged his growing influence to undertake a major civic initiative over the weekend. The musician successfully led a comprehensive city clean‑up and tree‑planting drive in his home base of Tema Community 4, an effort backed by the Tema Metropolitan Assembly (TMA) and the Mayor of Tema, Ebi Bright.
The event, carried out throughout the neighborhood, gave the area a visible makeover, blending environmental awareness with community pride. Residents, volunteers, and local groups joined the effort, focusing on clearing waste, desilting drains, and restoring open spaces. The activity concluded with a symbolic tree‑planting ceremony aimed at promoting environmental consciousness.
After the activity, AratheJay posted on his social channels to confirm a lasting commitment, stating, “TEMA! MY FOREVER FAMILY.
