Accra came alive in spectacular fashion as GoldBlock Party delivered the Accra edition of Purple at the Underbridge Annex Dome, creating one of the city’s biggest nightlife moments of the year.
The highly anticipated event brought together music lovers, creatives, influencers, and nightlife enthusiasts for an electrifying celebration of Afro House, Amapiano, and Afrotech culture. From the moment doors opened, the atmosphere was charged with nonstop energy, immersive production, and powerful sounds that kept the crowd moving deep into the night.
Headlining the experience was South African Amapiano heavyweight DJ Maphorisa, who delivered a thrilling set packed with some of the continent’s biggest dance records. His performance sent the audience into a frenzy, further cementing his status as one of Africa’s most influential nightlife and electronic music figures.
The night also featured an exciting lineup of artists and DJs including Nigerian sensation Shoday, EeQue, Jnr SA, Jazzwrld x Thukuthela, DJ Millzy, Que Soundz, Afrolektra, DJ Williamo, and Uncool MC.
