Entertainment Week Ghana (EWG) launches its inaugural edition this December, establishing Ghana as the hub of Africa’s creative and cultural economy. Running from 21 to 27 December 2025, the week‑long festivity will bring together forward‑thinking leaders, investors, creators, and entrepreneurs for a remarkable gathering of innovation, ideas, and investment.
The Thought Leadership Summit – December 24th at the Accra International Conference Centre
Central to the week is the Entertainment Week Ghana Summit, scheduled for 24 December at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
This flagship thought‑leadership gathering will bring together prominent voices in the creative economy—from policymakers and investors to entrepreneurs and industry specialists—to examine Africa’s creative evolution across financing, IP protection, media, technology, and cultural policy.
A key feature of the summit is the Deal Room, a real‑time investment marketplace where talented individuals and startups present their creative projects straight to investors, venture capitalists, and accelerators. The Deal Room seeks to open doors to capital, collaborations, and mentorship, empowering the next wave of African creative enterprises.
The Novas Awards, a platform celebrating creative excellence, will debut at the summit and be fully launched in the following year’s edition.
