Ghanaian artist Bashir Annan, better known as Gambo, secured a prominent position on the Global Afrobeats Top 200 Chart together with American‑Ghanaian vocalist Moliy, propelled by the growing popularity of his fresh single ‘Comma Tu‑Tapel’.
According to the Shazam Global Afrobeats Top 200 chart dated Tuesday, August 26 2025, Gambo achieved a striking third place with ‘Comma Tu‑Tapel’, whereas Moliy secured the top position with her song ‘Shake It to the Max (Fly)’. Gambo also etched history by becoming the first Ghanaian performer to lead a Nigerian music chart, reinforcing his status as a trail‑blazing presence in Africa’s music scene.
