AI Solutions Architect – Media & Growth
You will design and deliver automation and AI-driven workflows that improve how we produce, distribute, and learn from media. This is a systems role focused on leverage, reliability, and measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Architect AI-powered workflows that support media operations and growth execution.
- Build scalable automation systems that reduce manual work and increase delivery speed.
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs into clean, maintainable pipelines.
- Define structured templates for output quality and consistency (publishing-ready formats).
- Implement measurement loops to track performance and inform iteration.
- Document systems clearly so they can be maintained, improved, and expanded.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end design of AI + automation workflows supporting media and distribution.
- Operational reliability: logging, stability, and predictable outputs.
- Performance measurement frameworks tied to growth outcomes.
- Continuous optimisation: improve efficiency, reduce friction, increase output quality.
Required Experience
- Experience architecting automation or AI-enabled systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of LLM workflows and structured prompting.
- Comfort working in CLI environments and shipping practical solutions.
- API integration experience and ability to work with structured data (JSON, templates).
- Disciplined documentation and systems thinking.
- Ability to connect technical work to measurable growth impact.
Ideal Profile
- Independent operator with strong judgment and clean execution.
- Systems thinker: you build frameworks, not one-off hacks.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and improving processes over time.
- Understands creator/media dynamics and how distribution works.
