Nigerian Afrobeats star Joeboy has just launched his third studio album, Viva Lavida, through his own label Young Legend in collaboration with Warren Music Africa. The title, meaning “Live Life”, reflects Joeboy’s belief in freedom, self‑awareness, and inner peace regardless of life’s obstacles.
Alongside the album, a striking music video for its lead single, ‘Free Of Charge’, showcases Nigerian rap icon Olamide. The footage guides audiences through four vivid, contrasting realms—from neon‑lit cityscapes to sun‑baked deserts—while Joeboy, clad in a bold crimson suit, and Olamide, in sleek all‑black, flaunt their muse with unapologetic extravagance.
Viva Lavida also features earlier hits such as ‘Taxi Driver’, ‘SMH’, the touching ‘Adenuga’ (featuring Qing Madi), and the worldwide hit ‘Osadebe’, which has already gathered over 10 million streams on Spotify.
